The BIONEST technologies, processes and their use are protected by a family of patents titled Group of biological water treatment with a bacteria culture device and associated process, in effect in Canada #CA2461668, in France, in Belgium, in Great Britain (through European patent #EP1430000) and in the United States of America #US7,578,398 and #US7,582,211.

Another family of patents protects a membrane filter in Canada #CA2793914, in Mexico #MX350571, in France, in Belgium, in Great Britain, in Germany and in Ireland (through European patent #EP2550085) and in the United States of America #US9,956,527.

Another family of patents protects the KAMAKTM technology. On one part, the KAMAKTM reactor is protected in France, in Belgium, in Great Britain (through the European patent #EP3209614) and in the United States of America #US10,570,040. On another part, the KAMAKTM system and method are protected in France, in Belgium, in Great Britain (through the European patent #EP3209613) and in the United States of America #US10,479,709. These two KAMAKTM technology protections are pending in Canada #CA2965076 and #CA2965001 and in Mexico #MX/a/2017/005167 and #MX/a/2017/005188.

Another family of patents on nitrification is pending in Canada #CA3080847 and in the United States of America #US16/760,316 and according to the patent cooperation treaty #PCT/CA2018/051385.
